Default Parker? Shell Turnover

I don't have my copy of TPS available. This turnover appears to resemble another that has been posted here in the past. It has many of the same lines and design features. Notable differences are the color finish and filigree of the wing head of the screw. There are no markings except for # "12" on the inside of the brass head.
For those who know do you think it is Parker?

Edgar thank-you.
Charlie thank-you. It is my understanding that the turnovers Parker sold are not marked. I know the shot and powder measures, cartridge loaders and cappers were marked Parker Bros. If anyone has a Parker Bros. marked turnover I'd like to see some photos on the forum board.
Best,
Erick

Erick, On seeing the last picture, I don't think this is the deluxe model made by BPI. It appears you are missing the little manual plunger the push the cartridge out of the rolling head, and the deluxe model had a spring plunger integral with the rolling head, which, also, was nickel plated, 4 rolls, which were reversable for round or square shoulders.

This certainly the Parker style turnover. I believe it was offered with the shell plunger or without.

Here are two versions of the parker closer shown in the catalog. They are not marked.

This is my Deluxe BGI Roll Crimper. Notice the similarities in the crank, screw wing, and grip foot.

Thank-you all for your replies.
Edgar, I see the similarities and differences to your Deluxe BGI closer.
The significant difference I see is the additional oval cutout in the frame under
the cylindrical shell holder and above the top of the clamp.

Highlighted photo of my closer shown with cutout circled followed by photo from the forum identified as parker closer 5 or 6. Edgar photo of your closer follows.
