Default Parkers in magazines

I noticed some Parkers in recent magazines. In the March '14 issue of Field and Stream on p.53 is an article on snowshoe rabbit hunting in Maine. One gentleman is carrying a Parker, but cant tell exactly what.
In the latest RGS mag on p.50 , a gentleman is carrying a st. grip, single trigger DH(E?)--looks like a repro to me.
Any body recognize these men as PGCA members?
I did see the CHE 28 on the back cover of Shooting Sportsman, discussed in an earlier post.

It's nice to see old SXS guns, especially Parkers, getting some 'free press' in the contemporary sporting publications.

There are some early photos of Parkers in the recent Sporting Classics too, including two of Archibald Rutledge with his Parker.

I havn't looked at the sporting Classics yet, it is still in its wrapper. If the big snow comes as expected this weekend, maybe I'll get around to it., I have a large backlog of magazines and books to read.
I hope to get to the Barnes and Noble in Morgantown, Wv this weekend to have Walt Lesser sign my copy of his "The Real English Setter". Reading that book brought back memories of alot of old grouse hunters and setter men that I was lucky to have met and wished i had known better. My female setter is coming in to heat but is probably too old now--she will be 9. She is from that line of setters.

FWIW I received a msg from RHO regarding the CHE 28 on the back page of Shooting Sportsman. It has been sold and was in the price range of $75K! I'd be very carefull with it in the Grouse coverts
