I have over a dozen Lbs. each of HS7 and HS6. I'am a little short on Longshot, as late in life I got involved with this WHIZARD stuff. Thanks for the tip I will go looking for the WHIZARD Longshot today.

Just spoke to a major midwest distributor today about the Hodgdon fire issue. According to them, it was indeed a fire, but only in one machine that processed Clays and International Clays. Nothing else. So... they say don't look for those powders for over a year. Other Hodgdon powders are still in their "high demand stage" of availability, and nothing more.
Take it all for a report. Can't see why a Big time distributor would make it up. |

I have been on a waiting list for an 8lb can of H4895 from three suppliers for almost two months. Whats the difference between Clays and International Clays? I use the Clays in my low pressure 12ga loads.

Well, I'm starting to feel a small measure of comfort now. I've got over 50 lbs. of powder and around 20,000 primers. That will hopefully last until the next national election.
