Default First Mine Run Duck

Sautéed four duck breasts in Teryaki sauce with penna pasta and the stuff our local resteraunt puts on rockfish .

I'd like to try that, Craig. It looks good. Frankly, I dislike duck, but I'm not sure I've ever had it well prepared.

I know what you mean and I suspect this try has room for improvement ! I’ve got a retired friend that lives half the year in Texas and the rest now in Kentucky . Anyway when in Texas he gets his fair share of teal and when he still had a house in Madison VA he’d come by the shop some days for lunch and grill teal breasts that had been in a blueberry marinade . One word describes those teal breasts AWESOME !
