Default Anyone have an PW 800 Plus?

My12 gauge 12 gauge is jammed. I think there is a primer stuck in the position behind primer feed. Any suggestions?. Can't figure out how to extract the shell holder.

Thanks

Default 800 Plus Quick change

Hey John,

You didn’t mention if your 800 Plus has the quick change dies, do the dies on your machine look the same as mine in the picture?

Same machine. I think there is a primer jammed in the station behind the primer track. If it would be easier, call me at 248 705 0239

Cranking out those 16g shells for Shane to blast away? Asking for a friend.

You may have a partially déprimed hull with the primer hanging part way out.

I suspect that is the case, but I can't get the shell holder out of the tray because it is blocked in by the primer track

Yep. Same setup as Stan's. Sure don't want to send it back to PW. Last time it was about $400 including shipping, and 2-3 months. Not sure I'd even be allowed to ship given that I can't remove all the shells.

Wish I could help you more John,
Like you mentioned on the phone, hopefully a tech from Ponsness can give you guidance on how to unfamiliar that thing again, I’m sure they can.

Mike,
Those 16’s are what Shane is so good at emptying, I don’t even ask if I can shoot the 32” Ithaca 16 anymore, he more or less claimed it
