almost here Charlie - pictures when it arrives - ten years younger - fishtail top lever 32 inch 10 2 frame R grade ( 0 grade range), actually only a few hundred numbers off my very early hammerless.

thanks -- no Bill, like I said - a pleasant surprise based on the pics I bought it from.
the metal should clean up fine. I will likely have the barrels refinished, I think it should make a fine shooter.

Not too bad at all Rick. I have seen alot worse successfully brought back. I have two projects here awaiting winter already. Hopefully they will be ready for the spring.

will do Brian - after the other project gets here so you can opine on both.
the second one has been sitting in the UPS distribution center - just a few miles from me - according to the tracking - since 1:41 AM Thanksgiving day - that's a family holiday, everyone should enjoy it-- but who the heck gave UPS Friday off

I have a back action lifter that I think is waiting for me at the post office. I am looking forward to it, although my goal for 2014 is more modern (1900-1940) guns.
