Twenty bucks a box = ouch. If they make some paper 20's I'd be tempted.

The wads in these are interesting, not your standard wad, perhaps developed just for this paper shell?

Pretty cool looking. $20 is steep, but after spending a gajillion dollars on guns what difference does it make? There are worse ways to go broke : )

I wonder them being a limited production run is part of the cost ?
Like some brass manufacturer's require a minimal order of 50k pieces to do custom batch. I think Federal says it takes about 3 days or so to complete the waxing/drying part for the paper tubes which adds significantly to production time vs plastic.

But there’s no added labor time for the drying process so the cost shouldn’t be associated with this.

Higher ammo prices seems to be the "new normal". I too wish they had some in small bore.
