Default Hello from Cental New York

Good evening all,
Happy to be back on the pages, took some time away and cant wait to get caught up in the threads, etc. I quick question, when thinning about doing a research letter, it appears that one of the serial numbers that I was entering was not found. IS all hope lost in these instances, and out of curiosity, what does it mean when this happens?
Best,
Foster

If the pgca does not have records for your number, a letter cannot be provided.
