Yes, I've seen it. Tom Keer’s a good friend and a very prolific writer these days. In his earlier writing days I published a few of his articles in Parker Pages. I'm not saying Parker Pages was his foot in the door to writing but it was part of his beginnings as a sporting writer. He's a good guy who lives in Wellfleet, Ma and does a lot of striper and bluefish fishing down there.
I like his style in that he doesn't come off as a know-it-all and puts a lot of research into what he writes about.

You can add that the Lefever Arms Company (long after the departure of Uncle Dan) began producing bicycle chains and entered the automotive gear business before they sold out to the Ithaca Gun Co.
