Bob -I use 20/28 Powder in similar loads with the CFAA hulls. There are no published loads for this, so I sent them out to Precission Reloading for testing. Billy

I use 20/28 also. It’s pretty readily available.

Well I bought a bunch of components from an estate and had some green dot in it. I found my fathers old reloading manual from the early 1980’s and found this for the old AA 28

It’s what it says. I went to alliant it has same recipe in modern HS shells. I have a Herco for those old shells 7900 but Herco, and Unique has one 8400, but you can’t seem to find that powder. Btw I’m shooting out of a modern gun not a classic. And while I have your attention, I sent you a PM asking about pressure on the Parker 16, but I found that. Could you tell what Parker recommend on their 28? My great grandfathers will be back in my possession in a few months and I’ll start reloading for it. Thank you |

I suspect there may have been a dropped digit, either a 1 in front of 1190, or a zero at the end, as those are numbers one would expect. Green Dot in 28ga is somewhat odd, though common in 20ga. |
