First Mine Run
Earlier in the year Daryl Corona extended an invitation to Jimmy Hall and myself to attend one of their shoots so yesterday (12/5/21) we shot with them . Jimmy had a nice VHE 20 gauge 32” and I had a DHE 20 gauge 30” . Rather well run shoot of Pheasents and Mallards . I’d never pulled the trigger on a duck before , but I was fortunate yesterday and knocked down a few . After the shoot and a light snack we went on a short walk up with 28 gauge guns and got a couple Pheasents and a duck . One of Jimmy’s Boykin’s pointed the duck ! All in all very enjoyable experience and hope to do it again . Sorry only a couple pictures .

It really was a pleasure shooting with you and Jimmy yesterday. I thought we had perfect weather, the birds flew well and as you two were on the next peg to me I witnessed a few really nice kills. Never hunted over Boykins but they did incredible finding that mallard and quite a few pheasants. Thanks for coming and thanks for the lunch. You are welcome anytime.
