Thought I'd let the group know about this somewhat new searchable database of historical newspapers across America. Was tipped about this by a librarian. In the link below, apparently 4307 results of Parker gun advertisements in newspapers from Opelousas, Louisiana to Honolulu on the first results page alone!

if you go back up a level- you can search any term/name - might be a good source for some searching family history as well
