Short look up # 108219

Ran across 108219 in a small gun shop. VH 16 G 26 inch open chokes, Looks mechanically unaltered. DAH about 2 5/8 inch. Receiver is Silvered, barrel and stock finish is almost too good may be a re-finished gun

Anybody have a quick snapshot of the factory details ?. Records do exist. If it looks promising will drive back with barrel measuring tools and take a closer look at the finish.
