Default my Parker

My dad gave me a Parker . It's a Double barrel ,hammerless with a damascus barrel.I believe it's a grade D . The serial # is 63849. Based on the serial # ,I believe it was made from in 1890. Curious to know what it's value might be. It's definitely used but seems 'tight' and is in reasonable condition. Your thoughts. Thanks.

Virtually impossible to give much of an estimate without a "hands on" examination, but posting a bunch of clear, close pictures will help. Also, see FAQ #30 on the home page. We look forward to seeing pix of your family's gun

Brian,

Please do not part this gun out, it is an honest old gun that deserves to continue being used as it was intended.

Also, refinishing it will not increase the value nor make it more saleable, it will have the opposite effect actually.

If you do not appreciate this type of firearm, trade it for something more to your likeing or sell outright.
