Flitting thru the eBay happy hunting ground recently and found this Parker.
Heavy gauge Parker - unusual screw grip and double locking bites.
eBay Item Number - 300463539183.
I have no connection with this auction.....other than spectator.

The price is ridiculous but the item is very nice. All Parker guys should have a Parker vise on the bench.
