Who is best to brown barrels for English guns?

If you are in no particular rush, the best in the US is Dale Edmonds. 202 E. 66th Terrace, Kansas City MO 64113

I may be wrong but I don't believe Dale does English barrel browning.
I would recommend Kirk Merrington. He's in Kerrville TX I believe. Also there is Kearcher in Bend, OR.
