Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..

Teryaki Venison Tenderloin
Ran across a venison tenderloin recipe on the net using Teryaki sauce and cooking on a Traegar grill . I don’t have one of those grills so I improvised . When I got in from hunting this morning a bit before 10 I had the tenderloin out on the counter thawing and they were almost completely thawed . So pulled them out of the bag rinsed them off rinsed the bag out put them back in the bag and poured approx half a cup of Teryaki sauce in the bag sealed it and shook them a bit then back in the frig where they stayed until 18:00 . Pulled them out and let them rest on the counter while I prepared a tossed salad and got my rice cooker going . Got my skillet warmed up on medium high put in a tablespoon of butter and three tablespoons of canola oil , once the butter had melted I put the two tenderloin in the pan and poured the marinade out the bag in as well . Cooked three minutes each side for a total of nine minutes then let cook about four minutes more flipping them a couple times . I like using Cajun/creole seasoning doing this but I thought the Teryaki might be a nice change and to me it tasted quite nice and extremely tender . Tenderloin , steamed rice and tossed salad was quite nice or atleast I think so .
