Unusual Single Trigger

Does anyone recognize this single trigger? The design required some fairly extensive modifications to the gun. The gun is quite unusual, a GHE 20ga with factory Titanic Steel barrels and what appears to be factory upgraded wood.

We’ve got it working after some much needed fine tuning. Functions mechanically on either barrel selector although there is an inertia weight as well. I’ve never seen one quite like it either.
