Nobel Sport 688 Primer Question

The Alliant Reloader's Guide lists the following 20ga. Recipe at 1155 fps at approximately 8600 psi:

2 3/4" Remington Plastic (STS), 3/4 oz shot, Cheddite Primer, CB1075-20 wad, 12.4 grains of Green Dot.

Would substituting Nobel Sport 688 primers result in significantly higher pressures?

I am asking becuase there is little information available on NS primers, and Alliant Tech Support has not returned my phone call.
