No way to know for sure without knowing the bore diameter. If your gun is close to the norm for a 10 it should be around .775 which would give you roughly .036 of constriction. If it has been honed or over bored then that math is off the table, it could actually be tighter.

Measuring the bores and chokes tells you what the thousandths are, but shooting patterns, drawing 30-inch circles and counting pellet hits is the only way to know what the choke is with your intended load.

All of the preceding. A cheap way to get bore size is to use inside calipers that extend 5 to 6 inches into the bore. Expand until you get a good feel as in using a feeler gauge, i cover the contact surface with duct tape to not scratch the bore. Measure with the Mic. and do it a couple times to make sure it is consistent. That will give your bore diameter close enough to figure the choke diameter then pattern.
