Recoil pad ID

Wondering anyone has any info on this pad. Marked Universal and has two small designs, one with what appears to b the letters NFCG inside, and another with CFT (could be wrong on the letter IDs). Thanks...

Yes. A NECG pad, likely made for them by pachmayr in the old english style.
