Just sold in Canada $4250. While 16 it was rough wood with a disintegrating Silvers pad and a scratched and dented left barrel. All repairable but this one to me seemed to go for a very premium price. Also add 15% buyers premium and 5% taxes. I stopped at 1400. Cheers Jack

All it takes is two determined bidders.

It's not often we see a completely original DH 16 that is basically untouched with 15-20% case color like that one.

I'm a weakling at resisting 16s, but only the LOP would have put me off.

them 2 bidder s must have got excited like i have at a few auctions...i never gave too much for a gun or car always was happy with the deal for at least a week....charlie
