My experience is that there is either poor cell service where he goes, or no service at all.

Well---I am back in Vermont after being in Maine since the 8th of August.
Arrived in Vermont yesterday around 8 PM---caught up on 2 1/2 pages of emails, paid personal bills and caught up on PGCA stuff today. If need be , here is my contact info for in Maine Allan H.
