any odd length would be suspect on a Parker

Yes, probably cut. There is no "bar" on the rib at muzzle. The marks on the watertable are
somewhat different as shown below:

4 C

D 3\4

Sorry, marks are on barrel flats. I believe the D is for Damascus and 3 with superscript 4 is unstruck bbl weight. The 4 above the D may relate to the Damascus. I don't know what the C denotes.

It refers to the barrels being 4-iron crolle Damascus.

It's still a 16 gauge. What size frame is it on?
