Default 17 July SxS Fun Shoot - Lapeer Michigan

We're having our summer shoot on July 17th. There's no steak dinner at this one, it's just a pay as you go. There will be food available.

We'll have skeet, 5-stand, trap, wobble trap, and sporting clays. Our 5-Stand is Handicap Accessable!

It's held at the:
Lapeer County Sportsmans Club
1213 N Lake George Rd
Attica, Mi. 48412

Paul Harm can be reached by phone at 810-724-5582, or email harm@blclinks.net

Below are a few photos of last year's July SxS shoot at Lapeer. We always have a nice crowd of shooter, free tables for displaying and trading guns, and low shooting fees. We hope to see everyone at Lapeer Michigan on July 17th for a SxS fun shoot!

Looking forward to meeting you for the first time there Jeff!!I'll be the PGCA old guy shooting the LC Smiths- will also have op books and some gun parts on the "Junk On The Bunk" table, most likely with Mark--

Eric, Rich, Francis, Jeff, Kurt, Terry, and all others;

As always we will have a great shoot!!! If possible please encourage any friends to come and join us. There will be plenty of SxS's for trade or sale. This would be a great opportunity for someone interested to try out a SxS and also to experiance the camaraderie of a friendly SxS shooting match!

See you all on Saturday, 17 July!
Mark

Default Read you "Charlie-Lima" Captain!!

Until I went to the Yooper for the first time this past June-I thought the Lapeer Club had one of the best courses for SC, also a great buncha guys-open tables- you could walk away and leave your Parker BHE 20 and your LC Smith 16 Monogram out and not worry- good gun manners too- most everyone asked for permission first before picking up a gun that was for sale- But now I feel like deciding between "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" and "The Sting" as to which is my favorite Newman/Redford movie- both are-

We owe Mark a beverage of his choosing for all the great fotos he takes Gratis- both at The Yooper, and the Lapeer and other Side-By-Side events that are listed here on the PGCA Forum- Or, better yet- show your appreciation for his efforts and buy one of his doubles- he has some dandies- I'd love to own that big 12 Specialty with the "King Kong" forearm-

I usually use the little yellow whistlin' lemon icon to close- but as Mark and I are brother Gyrenes- we both recall the old boot camp adage about those who whistle in the USMC- so I'll go with this--
