O/T - Haiti under construction

Someone sent me 3 videos that are purported to be from the Haiti reconstruction. It's creativity and hard work at its best. Hope they are working on John's orphanage.

How can I extract them from an email attachment and share them with the forum? Presently, they are parked on my desktop.

Usually they have to be hosted at a service like Photobucket or something similar. You would download the files from the email and then upload them to the PB service and then paste in the link to the videos.
