Default Ejector hammer guns

With the most recent New England Custom Gun catalog, there was an AYA insert where they had an image of their "anniversary" model hammer gun. It had split shell kickers which suggested it having ejectors. I visited their website and it does show the gun as having automatic ejectors.

I have put thought to ejector hammer guns before. I am curious as to if their gun is a "selectable" ejector system where the shells only eject if fired. Or if every time the gun is opened.
A hammer down condition on a hammer gun does not mean the shells have been fired.

Does anyone else know of other ejector hammer guns offered out there?

There is little point in automatic ejectors if they are not selective. And these are posed in the photo as selective.

And there are a number of English ejector patents that were applied to hammer guns. The issue then becomes which one did AyA employ, or modify for their use. Perhaps they created their own. The website does not specify.

They use a basic H&H sidelock design, so which side of the plate the "hammer" is on makes little difference to the ejector:

Abiatico & Savinelli have made auto ejector guns for quite some time. They have several models which are also self cocking, with tang safety. Basically, a hammerless, with the hammers hung outside.
I had a Perks Patent self cocking H&H 450BPE double rifle with Jones underlever. When you swung the lever to open the gun, the hammers went back. It wasn't, however, an ejector gun.

There have been many firms that have produced ejector hammerguns. From S.I.A.C.E and Bernardelli on the low end all the way up to Purdey. Lord Ripon shot Purdey ejector hammerguns, here's No. 1 of a pair he shot:

If I remember correctly my Dad had a high grade Bernardelli hammer gun with ejectors.
