Default Parker Pages Summer Issue Deadline

For those who are intending to contribute material for the Summer 2015 Issue of Parker Pages, the deadline will be April 30, 2015. This issue's deadline has historically been pushed back two weeks in order to allow for the Spring Southern at Deep River in NC and the PGCA vs. LCSCA Challenge cup results, along with the Parker Gun Foundation event at Ruth's Chris Steak House to be included in the issue.
Please send your contributions of technical articles, stories and pictures to me as soon before the deadline as you are able. Because of the two-week push-back there will be no time to wait for late arrivals... sorry.

Please read page 38 of the Spring 2015 Issue "Suggestions For Contributors..." for the guidelines for submitting material to me.

Additionally - as I will not be attending the Spring Southern this year, I am looking for some dedicated people to step up and volunteer to write a complete recap of the Challenge Cup event, the Southern Side-by-Side event as a whole, and the Parker Gun Foundation's Second Annual Banquet and Induction Ceremony along with good quality pictures to accompany the articles. Please refer to the Summer 2014 Issue, pages 4, 5, 6 and 19, 20, 21, 22 to get an idea of how I did it last year. It isn't necessary to duplicate what I did but the reference is simply an example of what should be included.

Please contact me to let me know of your intentions to cover one of these events.

Thanks in advance, Dean

Dean, I'm planning to have an article about turkey hunting with Charlie Cleveland to you before the deadline. Sorry I'm going to miss you at the Southern.

Crap--- We just finished the last issue!!
Some of our members probably still haven't gotten it yet.
Just think if we had to do 6 issues like the REAL MEN of the old PGCA.

Don't you think if you spent a little less time complaining and a little more time writing.....
we could probably publish 6 issues per year again?

Just joking, of course. We truly value each of your excellent articles - Thank You
