LC Smith 16 ga Specialty Grade 2 barrel set.
Need a quick piece of "value" advice on a 16 gauge LC Smith Specialty grade factory 2 barrel set. I have not seen the gun for some time but may have the opportunity to buy it in the next day or two. The factory letter dating it to 1926 with the 30" and 28" barrels listed is included. It has ejectors but can't remember if it is a single trigger but I believe so??? It was in what appeared to be a original period case. Overall I remember it to be a nice original gun with 50% case color, 80% barrel blue, screws are clean and wood free of major defects with a after market recoil pad making the LOP 14"+.
I know pictures speak to a guns condition but I will have to make a decision on the spot when I look at it so I need to be prepared. Any advice to help me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
