PM virus attack - part 2?

I received the following PM this morning. Is this the form that the earlier referenced spam bot attack took? I assume I should not click that link.

DO NOT CLICK THE LINK ABOVE! I got a similiar message but Dave please delete the hot link in your message above IMMEDIATELY. If anyone here clicks on that they are going to most likely infect their computer with a virus.
