I guess the membership has already paid off!!!!
This was a Vulcan Steel 30" barrels instead of Damascus and 28" The weird thing was that it looked great and fit together incredibly tight but I guess it was a fake. thanks, Jeff |

What Letter is stamped on the water table? Order a letter, the book has been know to be wrong sometimes.
I'm sure the majority on here have more knowledge than me, and will chime in.

Well if the Water table is marked V and it has Vulcan Barrels, then it must be a duck... Or VH. Did it have the zig-zag border engraving on the frame and other metal parts? Or scroll and birds?
This could be a case where the book is not correct, or maybe the S/N was not correctly provided.

People at gun shows reading serial numbers make mistakes more often than the serialization book makes them. Check again, and bring cash. Either way, $1800 is more money than such guns are normally worth.

If it is the gun that I saw it is a v grade and is above average for sure. I think it is a 2 frame if I remember correctly. Not quite as nice as my best v grade but nice. Gerald
