			i would expect there is some crack or something under the tape. I just remember how mad my dad was when the person that borrowed it brought it back. i have never removed the tape. It doesn't seem to have any sharp edges and i have no idea how bad it is. Bill | ||||||

			Bill, If there are no missing shards of wood, there are places that will repair it in such a way that it will be stronger than it was when new and be practically invisible to the eye. If you decide to keep it that may be something to consider. | ||||||
