Manufrance was a French company - Manufacture Francaise d'Armes et Cycles de St.Etienne (shotguns and bicycles - a combination found in early US firms as well)
original models were Robust, Falcor, Ideal, Simplex and according to my search the "Robust Ideal" was a model that combined features prior to WWII to meet a price point. nice looking gun - I like the case set up. the only thing you need to change is the label.

Nice gun, looks like it has ejectors too? It has an unusual rib, high at the breech and sunken down between the barrels at the muzzle.

Personally, I'd show this gun to JJ Perodeau at Champlin Arms in Enid OK. They would be able to give you an idea of value... or even sell it for you perhaps. It is not, of course, a Parker.
