Default 14 gauge....

A friend just picked up what's supposedly a 14 gauge DH. Of course he's now wanting to shoot it. Has anybody sourced anything workable other than going to the expense of brass shells from RMC?

It might be easier to have some chamber reducers made.

I have never seen a 14 ga shell. They must be out there if the guns were chambered for them. Keep us posted. Very interesting

I Just looked at a very rough 14 ga. at a gun show last weekend. How many 14 ga. guns were made?

since the Parker Story lists by gauge wouldn't that be in there-

just need to go through all the grades and variations - i know the list is not 100% but should get you close

I saw it today, it's pretty decent. Barrels had a bunch of little nicks on the outside but he's working them out. Lever a little left, but still plenty tight to shoot.
