Default which RST shells would be best?

In anticipation of getting my 12ga VH back, i was looking to pick up some shells that would be Parker friendly.

I plan on shooting clays first.

Any recommendations? I was thinking the premium grade in lite or maxilite.

Thanks!

I would prefer the Falcon Lite because of the 7/8 ounce shot load. I don't shoot anything other than 7/8 in the 12 gauge any more unless there is a reason to use more shot, on game, for instance. Your choice of the 1 ounce loads are fine too. I would not choose the 1125 fps unless recoil is a problem.

You should be fine with Winchester AA skeet(not trap), or any 1 oz upland load. RSTLites or Maxi lites is underkill

I agree. No one ever blew up a VH 12 gauge with standard American target loads.
