Thomas, if your copy doesn't arrive in another week please let me know. It all depends on the priority level placed on these at the central US Post Office in your county or area... they were all mailed in one load from Village Press to the US Post Office there in Michigan.

I haven't gotten mine. Suspect the issue is that we are at our cabin all summer, with our mail forwarded, and that the Pages aren't forwarded. Can we try to re-send? Thanks
