Default Big Jake

So the other day I was watching the western Big Jake with John Wayne. There is a pair of SxS shotguns he refers to as "greeners". Does anyone know what make they are in this movie? Cant really see them in this photo but if you watch the movie there is some pretty good shots of them.

Hollywood hyperbole - American Gun Co. . The label is incorrect.

The shotgun in McLintock! MAY have been a Parker however

I've been watching the new miniseries Hatfields and McCoys the past few evenings. There's at least one and maybe two Parkers in the hands of the Hatfield Clan.

Here's a link for the guns in Big Jake. Surf around this site and you can find the guns used in just about any movie.

My "Greener" is hammerless with a tang safety . And if I'm not mistaken the tang safety is a little rare in most of the hammerless Greener's .
