Default Buttplate Serialization.

In the dissassembly of this VH that I am refinishing, I found something interesting when I took the buttplate off. A very sure sign of the gun never being tampered with too much. Both the back of the stock and the plate have the last 3 Nos. of the S/N written on them in chalk or wax pencil of some sort.
The plate was actually scraped dull so that they could write on it.
