Default Gun #11 in Guyette Catalog

The Double Gun Journal article reference for gun #11 in the Guyette catalog is incorrect. Can someone point me to the article about this gun? Thanks

I do believe that gun is very well known among some of our membership. I will not speak out of turn but I think I am correct about that. So maybe someone can point you in that direction.

What I can't understand is how the George L. Osborn AAHE 12ga 34 inch gun was consigned at this auction by his great grandson if the gun was returned to Parker Bros for a credit within 4 months of it's delivery to Osborn in 1917. George didn't seem happy with the gun from the beginning. Does anyone know how it got back to him after being returned to the factory 3 times, the last being for a credit?
Perhaps the Double Gun Journal article touches on this.

Pictures don't go in or out of the Murphy house apparently. Wonder if there is anything hanging on his walls

Tool Man, the reference you and the catalog give is incorrect. The reference leads to Herschel Chaddicks spread of A-1 Specials, not the Osborn AAHE. Can someone lead me to the article on the Osborn gun, #11 in the catalog? Thanks.
