Much of what a man is today was learned from his father at a very young age. Both the good and the not so good. My father was middle aged when I was born. He had served in both World Wars (even serving on the Mexican Border prior to WW1 with Captain Patton and General Pershing). He lived through the great depression. He was in the automobile business when all cars used in the United States were made in the United States. He hunted with a Fox Sterlingworth double (his only gun that I remember). He taught me the value of hard work and modesty. He has been gone since 1974 and I still miss him.
Happy Father's Day To All and Best Regards, George
