Pheasant breasts ala Sweet Baby Ray’s

I diced up pheasant breasts , an onion and a sweet pepper . Braised the pheasants then added the onions and peppers let simmer a bit then added Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce . Doesn’t taste bad ! Oh yeah and put it on top of pena noodles .

When you end up with as many bird breasts as I usually have in the freezer at the seasons end you have to as the saying goes think outside the box
