I have project VH that I'm going to list but aren't sure where to price it. What should be the ballpark for a VH that needs some work ?

1910 VH 12 gauge
30" barrels
7 Lbs.
#2 frame
All matching numbers
Chokes: Full / Full
Original wood
Pistol Grip
Slight fixable crack in hand
Retains some original case coloring
Locks up tight
Bores have pitting, would be a good candidate to hone.
Signs of several dents removed in the barrels
Varnish globed here and there by a previous owner (thumb print on trigger guard)
LOP - 13.5" good candidate to add a pad to.
DAC - 1.75"
DAH - 3"
