You could check with Wright's gunsmithing or Nuline gunsmithing. Both specialize in Model 12 parts

Joe,
Good luck on the forend, I've been looking for one for 4 years. A friend gave me the gun back then for doing him several favors. Someone had put bondo all over the wood to give more of a beaver tail effect. If you do find somewhere that has more than 1 please let me know. Thanks, Jack Kuzepski |

Thanks all for your responses. Here are a few pics of the forend. It’s a 14 ring, round, a little over 7 inches.

Lightweights were never made with a beavertail. Second, Wright's is no longer with us.

Have you checked with a stockmaker such as Dennis Earl Smith? He can do wonders with repairing cracked wood. Even blending in new pieces of wood to match the original color.
