Default Has anyone seen Steve Barnette ?

Hey

Steve sold a Parker for me at the Southern SxS. I have tried to contact him over the last 3 weeks by phone and emails to see about getting paid since it has been so long. I've called 7 or 8 times but he never returns my calls.
I'm curious if anyone has seen him at shows since the Southern or might know if he's ok. I would not think this would be standard operating procedure for him. It is my first dealings with Steve but I know others on this site recommend him.

Thanks
Joe

He was at Ernie's earlier this month. He is admittedly horrible at returning phone calls. Did he tell you your gun is sold? It can take several weeks for a deal to be finalized if its done via the web. The buyers has to send a check, the seller has to send the gun, the buyer has three days to approve it and the check has to clear. All this takes time and is admittedly aggravating.

Sometimes the best way to contact Steve is by E-Mail. He is an honest man and if the deal goes through you will get paid.

Having never dealt with steve I had no idea he was horrible at returning calls. I knew he was a straight up guy or he would not have such a great inventory of guns. I just feel like not answering emails or phone calls for over 3 weeks now is a little absurd.

You can't. The best thing was what you did saying Steve got a hold of you and everything is square. Maybe send John Dunkle a pm, he could remove it

He could be. I also have read here, way too many times, that Brad Batchelder and Larry DelGreco are somehow linked to Steve Barnette, almost to the point of getting sick to my stomach.
