Default Lot 187, Christies

If any one remembers, "Nelly Belle", is up for auction or already hammered down. And it is a real jeep....

Roy Rogers' sidekick Pat Brady drove Nelly Belle on almost every show.

Boy, those were the days!

Were the folks at Christies ever able to get Nelly Belle started?? Pat always had a hard time of it... she was one temperamental Jeep!

Yup ... And they've got Trigger ($100k-$200K) ... Dale's Horse, Buttermilk ($30K-$40K) ... Trigger Jr ($40K-$50K) ... and Bullet the dog ($10K-$15K) ... I thought all of Roy and Dale's important stuff, like the horses Trigger and Buttermilk was sold or donated to the Autry Museum after Dale's death ... But maybe Dusty and the other heirs want the big bucks that stuff will surely bring ... Let's hope a single bidder buys all the animals and loans them to the Autry Museum or NRA Museum.
