Default Home Page Picture Surprise!

Hello Everyone,

I just noticed the home page picture and was happy and surprised! That's my earliest Parker. Serial#1219 which I believe would put it's date of manufacture at 1872. It's a great sporting clays gun with open chokes. Grade 2/Dollar Grade Equivalent with 30" Damascus Barrels.

I think Mills has Parker# 1217, which is neat to think that 2 guns that were made practically at the same time probably by the same people 145 years ago are still around.

It was great to see this this morning.

Thank you!

Jay

Good job to Jay and to John! Well done!

Yes, I have 1217 and it is cool to think these guns so close together are still around and seeing use
