Default 10 Gauge Lifter In Action:

Old “short 10” flame thrower from 1880 making a delivery. I think it works like “new”.

That looks like a black powder fireball. Beautiful photograph with impeccable timing. It also looks you are trying to take down a UFO.

Great shot Bruce!!

Might that Lifter have Parker-made Laminated Steel barrels?

Dean, that one has Crolle Damascus. The Lamiate (“Lam3”) 10 Gauge I have (non-Parker produced) is unusual because the Parker Story shows four 10 Gauge Grade 3 Laminated Steel barreled guns produced in 32”. Incidentally, the total of all Grade 3 Lifter gauges produced in Laminate is 39 units.
I don’t believe my Grade 3 Lifter is included in the count because the Laminated set is the 2nd set included in the order. The Parker Story shows the last Grade 3 Laminated barrel Lifter produced was serial number 19100. My Grade 3 Lifter, number 47282 was produced much later.
