I want to give a big shout out to Chuck Bishop, Mary Bowes, John Dunkle and anyone else involved with the on-line letter process!
I sent off for a letter on the evening of July 23rd. To my shock the letter was in my mailbox today on the 27th. That's Harrisburg Pa, to the Denver area over the weekend. Chuck must have done the research on it the day he got the request, typed the letter & got it in the mail that same day. He mailed it with first class postage to boot and it still was here this fast. Four days total time.
As a kicker I sent the payment for the gun I'm buying the same day I sent for the letter. I mailed it priority mail and it just arrived at the seller's in Montana today. All USPS "Go Figure"
It's so refreshing to deal with such caring people this day & age.
