Default Airport pickup at the Southern.....

None of the Michigan crowd is coming down this year but Davis has threatened me with my life if I miss the event again. I've got a few air miles to use up so I thought I might fly down rather than make that long drive by myself. If I'd get into Raleigh about 10am on the first day is there anybody passing that way who could pick a fella up at the airport?

Destry, If by "The First Day" you mean Friday, I'll be driving down and passing through Raliegh. Glad to have you, as long as you think that our guns will get along....we could always throw the Parkers in the Bed of my Dodge, if they weren't playin nice!

P.S.- Lizard is driving up from Ga. Southern, and I'll be driving down from VA Beach, solo, with a box of Cohiba's, so there's no danger of offending any one with cigar smoke, even though I've come to understand that cigars are breath fresheners for folks that eat poop!

Yeah, that's when I'd prolly come in, then leave out Sunday in the afternoon or early evening. When you planning on leaving?

I flew when I was in MN and rented a car in Raleigh. Not very expensive and what with flight delays and all it might be worth considering.

i wish I was going but it's just not in the cards this year.

Likely early to mid afternoon on Sunday, or earlier perhaps if your flight dictated such. As long as I get to witness the repeat of last years Challenge results, I'm not that interested in shooting any course events on sunday.

Destry,

If John L is waiting to see a repeat of last year's "fluke of nature", you may be in Sanford a loooong time!

John,

I hope to see you at Old Forge Saturday. We can have our own little pre-Southern grudge match.

Carl.

Chris,

No ringers. But we are bringing a good number of very good Parker shooters who are SxS guys and shoot almost nothing but SxS's. I'm not going to name any names, because I don't want to leave anyone out, but team LC had better be ready or they will be the blues.

Besides, all of the ringers have moved over to the LC team. We need to give them a chance.
