Default BDA DVD - Grouse, Guns & Dogs

Paul Fuller of Bird Dogs Afield has put out a very nice DVD set called "Grouse, Guns & Dogs". It has plenty of information and entertainment for both the novice and the veteran grouse hunter.

There is a very nice segment featuring an interview by our very own Dean Romig interviewing Morris Baker (of RST Shotshells), who happens to be the current caretaker of Burton Spiller's fine old Parker 20. Although we do not get the opportunity to see Dean's smiling face on the video, the reverence of Burt's memory and the little Parker are very evident in Morris's interview.

Thanks Dean. That interview was definitely a highlight for me while watching the DVD.

Thanks Tony - I was honored to be asked to sit in with Morris for this segment of the video. Is it on Paul's website?

On the BDA homepage, there is a scrolling ad for the DVD set that scrolls through various screen shots and short video clips. There is a short clip of Morris fondling the little Parker, although if you aren't paying attention, you might miss it!

I ordered it a couple of weeks ago and finally got a chance this weekend to sit down and watch both DVDs. I had previously viewed some of the hunting sequences on either Paul's web site or Youtube, but overall it is a fine effort given the difficulty filming grouse and woodcock hunting.
